Return & Refund Policy

At House of Dipsa, we carefully inspect every piece before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Due to hygiene reasons and the delicate nature of fashion jewelry, we do not accept returns for:

* Change of mind
* Personal preferences
* Incorrect product selection by the customer

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

* Order Number
* Photos of the product
* Photos of the packaging

* Replacement of the item (subject to availability), or
* Refund to the original payment method

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges may be considered only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for:

* Normal wear and tear
* Improper handling or storage
* Minor variations in color or finish
* Requests made after the reporting period
